【摘要】:ThisclauseofEN60335-1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricallyoperatedconveyordishwashingmachinesforwashingplates,dishes,glassware,cutleryandsimilararticles(e.g.trays,foodcontainers),withorwithoutmeansforwaterheatingorforcedhotairdrying,notintendedforhouseholduse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phasemachinesconnectedbetweenonephaseandneutraland480Vforothermachines.Thesprayingpressureshallnotexceed1MPa.NOTE101Thesemachinesareusedforexampleinrestaurants,canteens,hospitals,andcommercialenterprisessuchasbakeries,butcheries,etc.NOTE102Examplesofsuchmachinesare-flighttypedishwashers,-rackconveyordishwashers.Thesemachinesaredesignedtobeconnectedtohotand/orcoldwatersupply.NOTE103Requirementstoavoidbacksiphonageofnon-potablewaterintothepublicwatersupplyarespecifiedinAnnexCC.Machinesmakinguseofsteamorhotwaterforheatingpurposesarealsowithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-machineswhicharemoveable,-gasheatingapplianceswhicharepartofconveyordishwashingmachines,-machinesintendedfordisinfection,-machinesintendedtobeusedonboardofsea-goingvesselsandaircraft,-machinesdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes,forexamplemachinesusedinthefoodindustryforcleaningreceptaclesthatserveaspackagingforfinalproducts(e.g.bottle-cleaningmachines),andmachinesusedinmanufacturingprocesses,-separatelydriventransportdevicesnotconfinedinthemachine,-machinesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas).
