【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedfortheanalysisofnickelandnickel-basealloysamplesbyflameatomicabsorptionspectrometrytocheckcompliancewithcompositionalspecifications.Itisassumedthatallwhousetheprocedurewillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratoryproceduresskillfullyandsafely.Itisexpectedthattheworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratoryandthatproperwastedisposalprocedureswillbefollowed.AppropriatequalitycontrolpracticesmustbefollowedsuchasthosedescribedinGuideE882.InterlaboratoryStudies(ILS)48212;ThistestmethodwasevaluatedbyasubcommitteewithinISOTechnicalCommittee155(ISO/TC155/SC4)onanalysisofnickelalloys,inaccordancewithISOStandard5725.ItwaspublishedasISOStandard7530,Parts2through9.TheILStestdatawasnotavailableforrecalculation.ThepublishedISOstatisticsaresummarizedseparatelyforeachanalyte.1.1Thistestmethodcoversanalysisofnickelandnickel-basealloysbyflameatomicabsorptionspectrometricanalysisforthefollowingelements:ElementConcentrationRange,%SectionAluminum0.2to4.012Chromium0.01to4.013Cobalt0.01to4.014Copper0.01to4.015Iron0.1to4.016Manganese0.1to4.017Silicon0.2to1.018Vanadium0.05to1.0191.2Theconcentrationrangeoftheseelementscanbeexpandedbytheuseofappropriatestandards.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ForspecifichazardsassociatedwiththeuseofthistestmethodseePracticesE50andthewarningstatementsincludedinthistestmethod.
