【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60404isapplicabletoallferromagneticmaterials.Itisparticularlyaimedatthemeasurementofthemagneticdipolemomentofpermanentmagnet(magneticallyhard)materialsandthemeasurementofthespecificsaturationmagneticpolarizationofcementedcarbidematerialshavingaferromagneticbinder.Theobjectofthispartistodescribethegeneralprinciplesofthedeterminationofthemagneticdipolemomentofaferromagneticmaterialspecimenusingadetectioncoilinanopenmagneticcircuit.Byincludingameansofmagnetizingthematerialtosaturation,thesaturationmagneticdipolemomentcanalsobedetermined.Inaddition,theaveragemagneticpolarizationofatestspecimencanbederivedfromthemeasurementofitsmagneticdipolemomentandvolume.Thecalibrationofmagneticmomentcoilsystemsandthemeasurementofthemagneticdipolemomentoffeeblymagneticmaterialscanalsobedeterminedusingthismethod.Measurementsarenormallyperformedatroomtemperaturebutmeasurementsatothertemperaturescanbeconductedbyheatingorcoolingthevolumeoccupiedbythetestspecimenwithinthedetectioncoil.Themeasurementofremanence,coercivity,maximumenergyproductandotherparameterscanbemadeinaclosedmagneticcircuitasdescribedinIEC60404-4andIEC60404-5.MeasurementofthecoercivityHCJofsoftandsemi-hardmaterialscanalsobeperformedinanopencircuitasdescribedinIEC60404-7.
